Hello World!
A word about “Hello World”: Hello World is the basic command programmers use to ping and test the initial set up of any new communication. It’s both functional and celebratory, acknowledging the the joy of a successful broadcast.
To me, it holds evocations of the experimentation and play during my time learning to write code and create interactive spaces, when seeing a Hello World across the terminal or on a website was THE most exciting thing.
